It can be inferred from the third paragraph of text 15A13-I that
  1. Aconsumers will have a hard time proving that the AI system caused harm to the product they had previously bought.
  2. Bclaimants will be granted compensation for any reason.
  3. Cconsumers will not be compensated unless they can prove that it was the AI system that caused the harm suffered.
  4. Dclaimants will now have to prove both that there was an AI-related problem with their products and that the defendant failed to comply with the AI Act.
  5. Ethe new rules will make it possible for claimants to get compensation even if they do not directly prove that the AI system caused the harm suffered.
