Sentences can be active or passive. Therefore, tenses also have active forms and passive forms. In active sentences, the thing doing the action is the subject of the sentence and the thing receiving the action is the object. But in passive sentences:
- AThe thing doing the action is the subject of the sentence and the thing receiving the subject as the object and the article.
- BThe thing doing the noun is the subject of the sentence and the thing receiving the action is the verb and the article.
- CThe thing doing the verb is the subject of the sentence and the thing receiving the action is the object and the article.
- DThe thing receiving the action is the subject of the sentence and the thing doing the action is optionally included near the end of the sentence.
